Getting there
About 32 minutes on foot
About 2.4 km through the city centre and over the river to Kirjurinluoto. After the show you walk home the same way, with no queue for buses or taxis.
About 10 minutes by bike
A bike gets you close to the festival area, and on event days it is often the quickest way around.
Citylinja (line 1)
Citylinja runs along Rautatienpuistokatu to the market square, which is about a kilometre's walk from Kirjurinluoto. Walking straight from the home is almost as fast.
About 4 minutes by car
Parking at Kirjurinluoto costs extra and traffic backs up on event days. It is easier to leave the car in the free spot next to the home.
Getting to Pori: Pori railway station is about a 6-minute walk from the home. From Helsinki the train takes about 3.5 to 4 hours, usually with a change in Tampere. Trains from Tampere run about every two hours and take about an hour and a half.
The exact address is shared when you book. Distances are measured from the home's block.
